Three New U.S. School Partnerships
This year, Sister Schools welcomed three new partner communities into our growing family:

Each of these schools joined our mission inspire empathy, understanding, and action in classrooms across the Pacific Northwest. That’s over 1400 new students engaging with our program, and building bridges with their peers in Uganda!
Thousands of Pounds of School Supplies Collected
From pencils and notebooks to backpacks and art supplies, thousands of pounds of donations poured in from Sister Schools drives this year. They are currently being sorted and prepped for shipping, so that these amazing gifts can reach the kids who need them the most at our partner shcools in Uganda.
Because of you, children in Uganda will now have the tools they need to learn, create, and dream. These are materials that most of us take for granted, but that mean the world to a child on the margins in Uganda.
Ongoing Literacy Programs in Uganda
Your monthly gifts also sustain literacy programs that continue long after the supplies are delivered. These programs help Ugandan students build confidence, strengthen English reading and writing skills, and open doors to lifelong learning.

Teachers in our partner schools report that more students are reading independently, attendance has improved, and a renewed sense of excitement fills the classroom — all thanks to your continued support.
The Ripple Effect: Kindness at Home
Your generosity doesn’t just change lives in Uganda, it transforms classrooms right here in the Seattle area too! Through Sister Schools, local students learn that giving and empathy aren't abstract ideas, they’re actions that create real change. ​​
